A: Bergen, Hudson, Esssex, Morris, Passaic, Sussex, and Union counties in New Jersey, as well as Manhattan
Q: What routine maintenance do I need to do for my Sub-Zero?
A: Clean the Condenser every three months.
Q: What warranties do I get with my Sub-Zero?
A: 2 years fully covered. Up to 5 years fully covered on any sealed system jobs. Up to 12 years partially covered on any sealed system jobs.
Q: What temperature settings should I keep my Sub-Zero at?
A: 38 degrees in the Refrigerator and 0 degrees in the Freezer.
Q: Does L&J Appliance give timed appointments?
A: All calls/appointments are routed out by area. L&J will give a 3-4 hour window of time on the morning of your appointment.
Q: How do I schedule an appointment
A: You can send us an online request, which we will respond to and work with you to set up an appointment, or you can call us at 1-800-532-5858.
Q: What does L&J Appliance charge by the hour?
A: L&J does not charge by the hour, but by the job.
Q: What type of technician will I get?
A: All L&J Appliance Technicians go through a long intensive training period before being able to go out on their own.
Q: What other appliances do you work on?
A: L&J only works on Sub-Zero refrigerators, Wolf appliances, Best range hoods, and Scotsman ice systems.
Q: Do you sell parts?
A: We keep an inventory of Sub-Zero, Wolf, Best and Scotsman parts for individual sale. You can either request information about their price an availability online or call one of our parts representatives at 1-800-532-5858.
